Enter the haunted hospital of Port Malaya and face the nightmare known as Bangungot.
Rescue trapped patients, defeat terrifying spirits, and claim valuable rewards.

📋 Dungeon Info

  • Quest Name: Explore Hospital 2F
  • Time Limit: 1 Hour
Note: You must hit 250 times within 25 seconds to clear the dungeon.

⚠️ Requirements

  • Base Level: 100
  • Party: Minimum 2 Members
  • Hunting Targets:
    • Bangungot
    • Pillar of Spirit
  • Required Quest: Nurse in Port Malaya

  • Base EXP: 500,000
  • Items: 5 Ancient Grudge

Dungeon Walkthrough

At Bangungot’s Hospital 1F, on the southeast edge of the map, talk to Nurse Meanne (ma_dun01 147/10) to create the instance.

Phase 1: Eliminate the Monsters Haunting the Patients

Defeat all Bangungot’s Mangkukulam spawning inside the rooms.
Once all are defeated, a warp portal to Bangungot’s Room will appear.

Phase 2A: Defeat Bangungot

  • Defeat Bangungot within 2–3 minutes
  • If successful, proceed to Phase 3

You must deal enough damage before the timer ends, otherwise the monster will fully recover HP.

A number of Bangungot’s Mananaggal will spawn together with Bangungot.
The amount depends on how many monsters were left alive during Phase 1.

Phase 2B: Rescue the Patients

  • Players will be moved to another location.
    The Bangungot you were fighting remains alive with the same HP as before.
  • Bangungot (invulnerable) appears in the center of the room and casts Full Heal.
    (No need to defeat it)
  • All dead players will be revived with 1 HP and moved near the warp portal.
  • Several Bangungot’s Mangkukulam and Bangungot’s Tiyanak will spawn.
    Defeat them as quickly as possible.
  • After defeating them all, players will be returned to Phase 2A.

Phase 3: Pillar of Spirit

Pillar of Spirit

  • Defeat Pillar of Spirit within 25 seconds
  • Pillar of Spirit has 250 HP and only takes 1 damage per hit
  • If not defeated in time, Bangungot fully revives and Phase 2A starts again.

After defeating Bangungot, head to the left side of the map to leave the dungeon.

Talk to Nurse Meanne to receive:

  • 500,000 Base EXP
  • 5 Ancient Grudge
