The mysterious continent of Arunafeltz remains largely unknown, aside from its capital city, Rachel. When Rachel’s gates opened, trade flourished, and rumors spread of a rare mineral called Hetarium. This stone, black as a beetle yet shimmering like opal in sunlight, was said to be found in the far south.

Driven by ambition, a young merchant led an expedition to seek the fabled gem. Days of grueling travel and monster attacks wore on the group, and doubts began to grow. But then, in the distance, the merchant spotted what seemed to be a village nestled within a canyon.

Approaching cautiously, they found a bustling settlement alive with activity. The merchant’s eyes were drawn to two villagers holding a jewel that matched the description of Hetarium.

As the merchant stepped closer, a guard greeted him with a warm smile.

“Welcome to the Canyon Village of Veins.”
